First, you need to make sure to connect to the internet the Q9S TV Box, via WiFi or Ethernet connection. Next go to 'My apps' tab and launch 'OtaUpgrade' application (not 'Update&Backup'), click on 'Network Upgrade' and next select 'qintex-ota-20151208.zip' option. The TV Box will download the firmware update in a few minutes, then will reboot in recovery and it will install the new firmware version.
